Robert M. Malkoff, Superintendent of Properties. Robert Malkoff attended George Washington University. He has been employed by G. B., Ltd. Oper. Co., Inc. since 1983. He is the Property Superintendent in charge of the physical aspects of our larger managed properties. His expertise is in construction management and he always gets the job done, on time and within budget. He also holds a New Jersey Real Estate License.
