Carl P. Gross, Esq. is the Director and President of G.B. Ltd. Oper. Co., Inc. Carl holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. Carl has an ownership interest in all of the shopping centers and office buildings currently under management by GB. Since 1982 he has been the President of G.B. Ltd. Oper. Co., Inc., devoting himself full time to the management of real estate.
